My theory is that the primary purpose of your home is for you and your family to be happy and healthy in it. Your home should reflect you and not your neighbors. Remember that this is your sanctuary.

In this crazy world we live in one of the best ways I have found to relieve the tensions that occur, is to make your place of rest a priority. This is why I work in the whole house, but I specialize in master bedrooms, and children’s rooms.

The bedroom is the first place that you are in, in the morning and the last place you are in at night. If a bedroom is cluttered and not appealing to the person living in it, the room can immediately bring the person a sense of tension and anxiety. This same thing can happen right before going to sleep, bringing the occupant in the room to not have a restful sleep. It can become a never ending situation.
