I enjoy working in both residential and commercial environments - space planning, designing custom millwork, color selection, etc. Currently, I work mostly in residential settings assisting clients with furniture selection through the design studio. I don't have a "style" that I push on my clients. I have not succeeded if a person walks into an environment and says, "this looks like Shelly". My goal is for the client to walk into the environment and say, "This looks like me. I'm comfortable here."

My area of expertise lies in new home construction. I have many years of experience doing model homes and color, plumbing, electrical, HVAC selections for new homes. Kitchen and bath design are two of my strong points.

Most of my career has been in management of design studios and furniture stores.
