... The passion for interior design has been an exciting challenge of working together with clients to make living and working spaces alive reflecting the client's personality. My style can be described as traditional with an edge toward eclecticism, mixing the old with the new to create interest and diversity with some surprise! I want to make the client’s design original and personal no matter what style is chosen.

The client/designer relationship builds trust as we work together to build a vision. Developing a vision begins with an interview, exchanging information on what you want and can expect from the relationship, and how I can help achieve that vision. To do this we must together identify your desires, interests and needs, integrating them into an appropriate design scheme. This objective study is a helpful and necessary part of the final outcome and may sometimes be lengthy. It is what will effectively produce a design scheme which can include a floor and space plan, surface selections, furniture and fabric selections, and lighting placement.

With this objective study the interior design principles such as balance, contrast and variety, harmony and unity, proportion and rhythm are incorporated to prepare your design plan. After you and I complete the homework, together we produce your design plan selections, set budget, and then implement an executable plan.

It is my goal to apply my professional expertise with enthusiasm and a sense of joy and satisfaction, joining you in the fulfillment of your dream.
