Often times, clients don't know a solution exists to their special problems until they tell me what they don't like and what they wish they could do. I am sensitive to the needs of families with children and pets, aging clients, and clients with varying physical abilities. I am happy to work with existing furnishings or with new ones. Sometimes all it takes is a little freshening and imagination to give old pieces a new life.

I am a designer who works hard to creatively overcome problems. I try to make designing a home a stress-free, enjoyable experience by building a trusting relationship with my clients and giving them the information they need to make informed decisions. It is my goal to make the clients so happy that I will be their designer for this home and for the next home and the next. I have developed long term relationships with a number of skilled crafts people who can fabricate my designs to insure that each home gets quality workmanship and a custom design for them.

I regularly particpate in designer showhouses. Invaribly, visitors describe my room as the room in which they could really live. Colors can be soothing or invigorating as the situation demands. All the seating is going to be comfortable. Lighting is going to be adjustable for different needs. Each view and sight line is going to be visually interesting. And the things you use are going to be stored within easy reach. Life is too short to not enjoy where you spend as much as two thirds of your life. With the tools of good design: space planning, color, fabric, light, and furnishings, I can make your life better. I have installed jobs all across Texas including the Gulf coast, upstate New York, London, and Saudi Arabia.
