PROGRAMMING

Your project will begin with an initial client interview to collect information about what you require and desire in the space. If we are working with an existing space, a site visit immediately follows.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

This is the second phase in your design package. It involves preliminary space planning, furniture plans, concept formulation and sketches.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

The intention of the design process is the preparation of your construction documents. These include plans, elevations and specifications. These drawings are created using AutoCad.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

As your agent, we handle the administration of contract documents, bids and negotiations. During construction, we periodically visit the job site and check on the project while in progress and upon completion.

COLOR & MATERIAL SELECTION

From our extensive library and resources, we offer our client furniture, fabric and finish selection to fit their interior. Custom furniture design and fabrication is also welcomed.

CUSTOM FURNISHINGS

We always like to create something unique for our discriminating clients, which often involves designing and working with the finest craftsmen to create something tailored to their personalities and interior.

TURNKEY & MODEL HOMES

We offer this service for those that want to walk into a completely finished interior right down to the soap and bath towels.
