My goal is to learn the needs and preferences of each client, and work within those perameters to enrich the space where he/she lives or works. My personal taste is not forced on the client, as I have produced many successful projects ranging from colorful/contemporary to muted/traditional and much in-between. ... Periwinkle Interiors is a small interior studio offering complete design services, with specialization in residential construction coaching. My own personal style is that of modern classics where clean, uncluttered neutral spaces are accented with small amounts of bright color. Natural materials and textures are almost always incorporated. I can adapt to a more traditional approach depending on my clients preferences. Favorite projects include (interior and exterior) materials and finish specifications for new construction and home remodeling jobs. I have worked with a custom home builder and kitchen cabinet company, and am familiar with all aspects of project management, including contractor relations. I am a fan of great architecture and good design, and work toward acheiving the correctness of scale, porportion, and balance in my own projects.
