... I have a background in Commercial and Residential Design. I have worked with Architectural/Design Firms specializing in schools, universities, CCRC's, Alzheimers, Dementia, Personal Care and Children's Hospitals. I have worked in the Residential market with mid-high end builders for the last 5 years and have gained experience by working directly with homeowners. I have also designed Model Homes, Guest Homes and Design Studios. I like to approach every job with an open mind. I am a listener first and foremost before I begin working with any client. Many designers make the mistake of not listening to the client and in doing so waste a lot of unnecessary time and money. I am proficient in working with any style and capable of problem solving. I pride myself in my ability to mix colors and textures to create an appealing atmosphere. I have been in business on my own for approximately one year now.
