My approach to design is to look at each project that I interview for and make sure that I feel comfortable with both project and client. If we choose to proceed, I immerse myself in the finishes, refine the space, review the notes from client discussions and then begin to accumulate the samples which will project the image we are trying to create. At this point in my career, I am working on many second or vacations homes for previous clients and it is these homes, which tend to reflect a more casual lifestyle, where I truly feel I am doing my best work. I have opened a small office in the Lake LBJ area to better serve the clients and builders of that area.
