I specialize exclusively in Residential Design. Most of my work is done with clients living in the North Atlanta Suburbs. My goal is to create a welcoming home environment while respecting my client's taste, budget and time. I am known for both my color expertise and my willingness to work with existing furnishings as well as advise on new pieces. Services are flexible. Some clients like to hire me for one or two hours of onsite consultation then proceed on their own. Others may want my input as design consultant, purchasing agent and project manager. I help my empty nester clients adjust their current homes to meet their changing lifestyles. If they want to downsize or simply relocate I help them prepare the current home for resale as well as work on the next home. Often homeowners just need my help to update their environment with new paint colors, floor coverings and window treatments.
Early on in my design career I handled small commercial and healthcare projects as well as residential design. As a result I have the inside track on helping clients with their home offices and /or adapting their home environments to better meet their health concerns.
Over the years my clients liked my interior work so much they asked me to take on their exterior projects as well. I returned to college for a second degree and now offer assistance from the front curb through the home to the back property line.
My clients know they can use my services on an as needed basis. There is never any pressure from me to buy certain products, use certain contractors, or proceed at a particular pace. I work for the client. Some clients only need consultations with me once or twice while others use me periodically over many years.
