She also visits market twice yearly researching the newest trends in the material, colors and styles affecting the industry. Marilyn acts as senior designer assisted by a staff of 3 professionally educated designers and the capable furniture show room staff of four. Projects vary greatly which has resulted in extremely creative, innovative design. Renovation, lighting, and kitchen design are very successful endeavors for the firm.
Marilyn owns The Designers, a 26 year old interior design firm and retail furniture showroom. The 8,000 square foot store displays rooms of furnishings and provides great product for interior design projects. Over $600,000 in furniture, art, lamps, and accessories are available for immediate delivery.
