In this crazy world we live in one of the best ways I have found to relieve the tensions that occur, is to make your place of rest a priority. This is why I work in the whole house, but I specialize in master bedrooms, and children’s rooms.
The bedroom is the first place that you are in, in the morning and the last place you are in at night. If a bedroom is cluttered and not appealing to the person living in it, the room can immediately bring the person a sense of tension and anxiety. This same thing can happen right before going to sleep, bringing the occupant in the room to not have a restful sleep. It can become a never ending situation.
