The design process will begin with a client interview to determine goals, needs and budget for the project. A home visit will help determine functional and aesthetic needs of the space. This includes measurements and photographs of the space and surrounding areas. A floor plan will be drafted and include recommendations of structural changes (if applicable) and furniture/millwork placement to fully utilize the space. Next, a color palette, textiles and finish materials will be presented for review along with any lighting /equipment recommendations. When the client is satisfied with recommendations and the project vision, products will be ordered and/or purchased. Throughout the process clients will feel informed and able to participate as much or as little as they would like.

Once installation is complete, the goal is that you will be so happy with the results; you will refer Alexan Designs to your friends or your next interior design project.
