The first step is ‘Project Evaluation’ to asses the specific needs and goals for your unique project. The function of the space is analyzed along with any special requirements. Your style is identified and a budgetary figure is established for your project. Listing active for 203 days.

‘Conceptual Design’ follows with a preliminary space plan with traffic flow patterns. As a team we begin to formulate a plan for your vision to take shape.
‘Schematic Design’ follows with scaled drawings developed from the Concept Plan including floor plans, elevations, section drawings and sketches. Preliminary construction estimating and budgeting can also be incorporated into this phase if desired. You will review the drawings created and approve or make recommendations for revisions.
Next, the ‘Design Development’ phase delineates the details for millwork, wall, flooring, and window treatments. Furniture, fixtures and fabrics are incorporated into the design of your interior in this stage. Furnishing examples and surface and fabric samples are gathered. Custom furniture drawings are created if required. Field trips to vendors for selections are typically made at this stage.
A ‘Final Presentation’ is prepared with specification lists with budgetary numbers and alternate choices. At this point you will confirm the design, make any replacement choices and approve the budget. Upon approval, a timeline is created to implement the project.
During the ‘Project Management’ phase my firm will coordinate all purchases, and deliveries around your schedule and follow up on all orders, coordinate and oversee installation of millwork, flooring, wall treatments, specialty fixtures and window treatment and all remaining merchandise deliveries. Upon completion of your project, you will evaluate your project results. Your complete satisfaction is my goal as my business relies on satisfied clients and referrals!
